📋 Description

• Oversee residential and commercial construction projects across California, Texas, and North Carolina from preconstruction through closeout • Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and milestone tracking for active construction work • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, inspectors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving on time and within scope • Review drawings, specifications, proposals, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy and execution readiness • Track project costs, approve invoices, manage change orders, and report budget risks before they impact profitability • Lead regular project meetings with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and leadership to resolve issues and maintain accountability • Monitor quality, safety, schedule, and compliance expectations across multiple active job sites • Support permitting, inspections, procurement, and material coordination as needed to prevent project delays • Maintain clear project records, status updates, and closeout documentation across all assigned projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience with direct ownership of residential and commercial projects • Experience managing projects across multiple job sites, regions, or markets • Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor management, drawings, specifications, and closeout requirements • Experience working with subcontractors, field supervisors, vendors, inspectors, and client-facing project stakeholders • Proficiency with construction project management tools, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and digital documentation platforms • Ability to manage projects remotely while maintaining strong communication, accountability, and field visibility • Must have direct project ownership experience, not only assistant project management or project coordination experience • Residential-only or commercial-only experience may be considered, but candidates with both residential and commercial project exposure are strongly preferred.
