🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment ‱ Proficient with outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, job boards, and other relevant communities ‱ Strong written communication for crafting personalized outreach messages that convert passive candidates ‱ Ability to juggle multiple pipelines and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment ‱ Comfortable working with KPIs such as candidate volume, response rates, and conversion ratios ‱ Prior experience or understanding of healthcare recruiting is a strong plus ‱ Ability to work proactively, resourcefully, and in a fast-paced remote environment
