📋 Description

• Coordinate clinical trial recruitment marketing activities • Support successful recruitment of full clinical trial participant panels • Execute newsletters according to the brand guide • Prepare, schedule, plan, and optimize social media calendars and paid ads • Create or coordinate participant advertising materials with graphic designers • Prepare geofence campaigns and generic or study-specific advertising plans • Track pass-through budgets and sponsor billing • Respond to participant comments, messages, and complaints • Produce creative marketing taglines for targeted studies • Prepare and submit IRB packages for advertising materials • Manage translation vendors and internal translation reviews where applicable • Track referral programs, purchase-order requests, and invoices • Provide visuals to media suppliers • Research new media suppliers and showrooms • Prepare KPIs and metrics for participant recruitment • Maintain participant target lists for newsletters • Assist with participant website maintenance and development, including study landing pages and onsite SEO • Ensure brand-guide specifications are applied to advertising • Assist with internal and external meetings and attend community and networking events • Communicate issues and resolutions to supervisors and managers • Maintain participant and sponsor confidentiality and departmental customer service and quality • Perform other duties required by management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma completed • 1 year of related experience • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite • Community management proficiency • Experience with Social media paid ads and Marketing tools • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry specific manuals • Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence • Excellent negotiating skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English • Well-developed interpersonal skills • Personal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results • Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities • Must be self-directed, motivated, and willing to take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation • Customer service focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English is an essential requirement • Ability to work with English study protocols, designs, and clinical research documents • Ability to communicate with employees across Canada and the United States
