📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day account administration to solve customer issues, increase sales momentum, and conduct ongoing account business • Understand customer processes, problems, requirements, and business objectives • Develop relationships with multiple buying personas within prospect accounts • Connect customer business objectives with Alteryx solutions using a customer-centric approach • Identify adoption, expansion, and footprint-growth opportunities using data, metrics, and discovery • Partner with Customer Success to support customer outcomes, successful renewals, and future expansion • Own renewals for assigned customers with ATR between $100K–$250K • Drive independent expansion opportunities under $50K • Establish new footholds within assigned accounts and territories • Run customer calls, product conversations, and commercial negotiations autonomously • Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene • Align with Strategic or Enterprise AEs on account coverage, strategy, and business operations • Prioritize account issues, identify trends, and make business recommendations • Collaborate on account strategy and whitespace planning • Use structured digital plays to activate opportunities and drive territory velocity • Partner with SEs, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, and Partners on evaluations and adoption • Navigate deal desk, legal, and discounting guardrails • Ensure smooth cross-functional handoffs and alignment on customer objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience (Digital AE, RM, SMB/MM AE, ISR) • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills • Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools • Ability to travel 10–25% as needed • Competitive, coachable, resilient, and driven by performance in a high-growth GTM environment • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls • Must be located in one of the specified U.S. remote locations
