📋 Description

• Build and execute a ground-up strategy to establish Premium Title Services as a leading provider in the refinance space • Target enterprise lender accounts and individual loan officers • Leverage existing Altisource partnerships to identify and pursue high-value refinance opportunities • Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building activities to develop a sales pipeline in Salesforce • Deliver consultative, value-led sales presentations to lenders and loan officers • Develop and implement sales cadences and follow-up strategies to maximize conversions and minimize sales cycle time • Attend industry events and networking opportunities • Collaborate with internal Altisource teams to ensure service delivery matches sales commitments • Partner with Marketing to develop sales materials and refine refinance-channel value propositions • Follow and adhere to RESPA guidelines across markets

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive field services and default sales experience within the mortgage industry • Successful engagements with top-tier (top 150) clients and enterprise-level lenders and servicers • 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in service-based offerings • Experience with offerings such as trustee services, valuations, title, or property preservation • Proven cold-calling skills and enterprise-level outreach • High discovery-call conversion rates and success converting targets into clients • Established network within the mortgage servicing or lending space • Proven success cultivating high-value client relationships and securing or expanding default-related service agreements • Deep mortgage industry expertise and strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem • Awareness of market trends affecting trustee services and default servicing opportunities • Exceptional relationship-building skills across organizational levels • Consultative, value-led sales approach and solutions-selling skills • Strong understanding of operational workflows and default management processes • Working knowledge of RESPA compliance and ethical sales practices • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales-enablement tools • Ability to work independently while partnering with Account-Based Marketing and cross-functional teams
