📋 Description

• Report to the Team Lead, Underwriting • Support Mortgage Underwriters by completing file follow-up and ensuring conditions are met before closing • Follow up on commitments and request specific documents • Verify the accuracy of mortgage document specifications • Ensure all mortgage approval conditions are met • Route risk-involved matters to the Underwriter for evaluation • Analyze land titles, purchase contracts, and appraisal reports for inconsistencies • Confirm closing details, including dates, client information, and payment frequency • Collaborate with internal and external Bridgewater Bank and AMA customers to achieve departmental and organizational goals • Complete Quality Assurance audits on assigned files

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and listening skills • Strong customer-service orientation • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask and manage time, multiple files, and priorities • Integrity and superior ethics • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • High school diploma • One to two years' lending institution experience • Computer proficiency and demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems
