📋 Description

• Partner with Regional Sales Managers on complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Lead customer technical pilots, including proofs of concept and proofs of value • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and represent the customer voice • Execute Business Value Assessments • Conduct product demos and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences • Win deals through preparation, execution, and a consultative approach • Build customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor • Answer technical inquiries and propose solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field • 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise technology, focused on SaaS and/or innovative hardware-based solutions • Proven experience partnering with Sales on complex technical enterprise deals • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Technical knowledge, consultative approach, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Understanding of L2 switching, including VLANs and L2 versus L3 limitations • Basic Linux networking skills, including IP/mask/gateway assignment to NICs and MLAG/failover configuration • Familiarity with a cloud environment such as GCP, AWS, or Azure • Bonus familiarity with security cameras and physical access control systems (PACS) • Customer-first attitude, teamwork orientation, and competitive spirit
