📋 Description

• Set up and maintain projects in the Projects Module of Deltek Costpoint for new and existing contracts • Maintain project structure, contract modifications, billing, revenue, project labor categories, and other Costpoint Project Module attributes • Review provided forms and engage with business partners as needed • Make maintenance updates and retain proper documentation for future reference and audit • Coordinate with business partners to ensure effective setup and clear communication • Generate reports and perform analytical reviews in Excel • Ensure projects comply with SOX controls, company policies, and outlined procedures • Maintain organized, audit-ready records and forms in the team’s SharePoint document repository • Assist with collecting and preparing documentation for audits • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically, three (3) years of Project Setup experience in Deltek’s Costpoint with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field • One year of experience can be substituted for each year of a college degree • US Citizenship is required • Strong knowledge of Deltek’s Costpoint Projects Module, including projects, accounts, orgs, billing and revenue formulas, and project labor categories • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint • Practical knowledge of US Defense Contracting industry regulations and rules • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS cost accounting standards • Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows, productivity, decision-making, customer experiences, business outcomes, or operational efficiency • Ability to assess AI-enabled tools and processes, validate outputs, understand limitations and risks, and incorporate AI responsibly • Strong documentation, organizational, analytical, logical, and communication capabilities • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects/requests simultaneously • Understanding of general business principles and practices, and experience working in a corporate setting • Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
