📋 Description
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact • Manage client service needs • Present custom solutions to clients and prospects in a clear and professional manner • Communicate client needs to account management team and coordinate client services • Conduct research, compile information into presentation format • Assist with training and overseeing Account Associates • Bind insurance coverages and convert proposals of insurance to summaries of insurance post binding • Identify key individuals within the client's organization and build and maintain effective relationships
