📋 Description

• Take inbound calls from interested Medicare beneficiaries • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans • Guide clients through enrollment using CRM and telephonic platforms • Achieve personal sales goals • Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and training standards • Work independently from home in an inbound-only role

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License (required) • 2026/27 AHIP certification preferred • Experience with Medicare products is a plus, but not required • Strong verbal communication and computer navigation skills • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently from home • Tech-savvy and organized • Familiarity with CRMs, VOIP, and similar tools • Ability to achieve personal sales goals • Ability to maintain compliance with CMS regulations and training standards
