📋 Description

• Assist in formulating budget estimates and presenting rationale for data to the Demonstration & Assessment Team (DAT) • Review and summarize financial reports and documents, analyze funding history, project future funding levels, and advise senior staff • Maintain program records and files, including related attachments and exhibits • Respond to data calls and inquiries regarding DAT financials • Support generation of Enterprise Research Planning (ERP) projects, including work breakdown structures, network activity assignments, Navy data descriptions, and funding allocations • Assist in accepting funding documents in the IBPES system • Assist with adjudication of ERP financial errors, unliquidated obligations, and expired funds • Support development, tracking, and maintenance of GT&C agreements • Support use of the G-Invoicing system to satisfy DoW funding receipt requirements • Monitor and control expenditures using NWA obligation and expenditure information from EDW and ERP reporting products • Recommend funding allocations and adjustments based on execution reviews • Participate in developing NEPS Task Planning Sheets via the NEPS system • Recommend improvements to financial program policies and procedures • Generate, review, and update PPID records based on accepted statements of work and NEPS entries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree • Active DoW Secret Clearance • Strong financial management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience at all levels of the organization • 3+ years experience with the Navy ERP system • 1+ year experience with the Navy Enterprise Planning System • Prior experience with the handling of DoW funding documents, NEPS, PPID, and DoW acquisitions/contracts is desired
