📋 Description

• Partner and consult with financial advisors to guide the implementation of Columbia Threadneedle's ETF account sales • Deliver product knowledge, competitor analysis, and usable sales approaches across BD, RIA, Private Bank, and Independent channels • Create Columbia Threadneedle brand recognition and demand • Drive sales by developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with new and existing advisors • Represent Strategic Beta/ETF products distributed and marketed by Columbia Threadneedle • Partner with the Intermediary wholesaling team to achieve sales goals and objectives through territory and resource planning, consultative sales processes, and performance improvement systems • Maintain and leverage a deep understanding of accounts and distributors, including distributor rules of engagement • Identify client needs and provide investment and business solutions to financial advisors • Travel 10-20% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience in financial services industry • 3+ years sales experience • Knowledge of ETFs and ETF trading • Licensing: a combination of Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 • Proven ability to build strong relationships • Demonstrated ability to make successful and dynamic sales presentations • Understanding of RIA channel (preferred) • CIMA (preferred) • Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
