📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations • Communicate with customers by telephone, messaging/chat, email, and/or back-office systems • Act as a trusted advisor by proactively providing travel advice and selling additional services • Adhere to clients' company travel policies • Work individually and collaboratively to meet business and account-specific goals • Meet customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics • Provide high-touch, creative, timely travel solutions and outstanding travel service

🎯 Requirements

• Previous 5 years of experience in travel (preferably business travel) • Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel • GDS (Global Distribution System) experience in Sabre • Native GDS expertise in Sabre • Professional written and verbal communication • Attention to detail • Integrity and ability to safeguard personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation background • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Availability for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts • Ability to work in the United States or Canada, as indicated by the posting's eligible location field
