• Lead the vision and execution of the data product roadmap • Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of data products for data engineering and analytics teams • Champion “data as a product” thinking across the organization • Partner with business stakeholders to identify data needs and KPI-impacting opportunities • Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Build and maintain relationships with data engineering, analytics engineering, and platform teams • Scope and pilot AI and modern data tooling capabilities for internal business problems • Run agile ceremonies and manage the backlog for data-focused scrum teams • Track velocity and delivery and keep stakeholders informed • Present roadmap updates, business cases, and project status to leadership and business partners
• 5+ years in product management • Ideally, exposure to data platforms, analytics, or data engineering • Experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver a roadmap • Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and tooling such as Databricks or Snowflake is a strong plus • Exposure to AI or machine learning-powered product initiatives is a plus • Experience working in an agile delivery organization • Comfortable with product management tools such as Jira or Confluence • Ability to analyze business and/or technical problems to guide data and software development • Ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders • Detail-oriented and self-sufficient • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership • Creative, innovative, and exploratory skills and mindset • Proactive, flexible, hungry-to-learn attitude • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment • Preferred experience working in the real estate industry
