📋 Description

• Review, code, and publish invoices and bills daily and weekly in a cloud-based platform for a client portfolio • Ensure accuracy of key invoice and bill data fields • Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and other entries, in QuickBooks Online and Xero • Obtain and upload bank and credit card statements from clients and perform self-reviews for accuracy • Prepare sales invoices and set up vendor payments on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules • Refresh bank feeds in QBO/Xero or upload bank statements when feeds are not operational • Compare bank statements with QBO/Xero bank feeds to confirm accuracy • Assist with audits by providing required documentation and support • Support month-end and year-end closing processes • Support Cloud Accountants with general bookkeeping-related tasks • Work closely with AMLB’s co-founders and team members in a remote, collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role using cloud-based software, or a bookkeeping/accounting degree • Commitment of 2 years • Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team setting • Strong written and spoken English communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks • Desire to grow with the company and in their career • Good culture fit, including being friendly, open to feedback, and respectful of others' opinions • Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero • Ability to work remotely from a designated home office
