📋 Description
• Owns the first chapter of the client journey at AMLB • Lead new clients through onboarding and setting them up for long-term success • Work closely with clients to transform accounting processes into scalable cloud-based systems • Coordinate onboarding engagements, resolve historical accounting issues, implement best practices, and ensure a seamless transition into AMLB's ongoing service model • Lead approximately four new client onboardings per month • Responsibilities include accounting clean-up, system implementation, workflow design, project management, and transitioning clients to AMLB's recurring service model • Support a limited portfolio of approximately 8–10 recurring clients
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Canadian cloud accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting experience • CPA designation is considered an asset but is not required • Strong QuickBooks Online and cloud accounting technology experience • Experience with accounting clean-up, conversions, implementations, or client onboarding is considered an asset • Exceptional project management and organizational skills • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment • Experience working with not-for-profit organizations is considered an asset
