• run regular 1:1s with leaders and teams • support teams through changes, conflicts, and structural shifts • guide new leaders and establish management rituals • drive internal communication: clear, timely, honest • act as an early warning system — diagnose risks before they escalate • reinforce working norms: ownership, openness, respect, pace • support org changes and team restructuring • identify cultural risks across branches; help leaders communicate in a mature, honest, and constructive way • run eNPS cycles, analyze results, and provide clear recommendations based on insights and analytics • design new processes, propose improvements and drive innovations in the HR function • produce people analytics: workload, org structures, risks, changes • prepare data for all-hands, board decks, and external requests • run performance review cycles (twice a year) • participate in calibration and decisions on raises/development • keep processes simple, fast, and free of bureaucracy • support development plans and corrective actions when needed • lead the full hiring cycle and assess cultural and managerial fit • guide people through the onboarding process • control contracts, transitions, and key documentation • ensure correct payroll data (together with finance/legal)
• senior-level HR BP or HR Generalist • experience in fast-growing companies • strong managerial maturity: clear communication, boundaries, difficult conversations • ability to work in high change and uncertainty • high autonomy: “see → act”, without external management • strong sensitivity to people and early problem detection • confident English (US/LATAM/Brazil collaboration) • flexibility to work across multiple markets simultaneously.
