• Builder’s Mindset: A builder’s mindset with comfort working across the stack • Comfort with Ambiguity: Excited by ambiguous, cross-functional challenges • Self-Motivated and Collaborative: Able to dive deep, but surface quickly • Curiosity & Craftsmanship: Curious about new tools and passionate about clean, scalable engineering • Full-Stack Engineering Background: 5+ years in full-stack development (Node.js, NestJS, Vue.js) • Streaming Protocols: Experience with MQTT, Kafka, or similar streaming protocols • Cloud & DevOps Skills: Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (Docker, Terraform, AWS ECS) • Domain-Experience: Experience with telemetry data, carbon tracking, or energy systems • Startup Agility: Startup experience or a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
