📋 Description

• Support strategic growth initiatives across assessment, due diligence, and closing • Identify and interface with appropriate internal and external stakeholders • Support financial and operational due diligence analysis of acquisition targets • Identify key deal issues • Build proformas and perform financial modeling and analysis of centers and practices • Conduct valuation, financial statement analysis, NPV, and discounted cash flow analysis • Develop high-impact value-add analyses of business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities using internal and external data • Participate in and prepare materials for meetings and due diligence sessions • Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks that enhance group infrastructure and connectivity with operations • Provide strategic and financial analytical support to Business Development, Operations, and other functional teams • Support Directors and Managers on the Mergers & Acquisitions team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred in Finance or Accounting • 2+ years of transaction-oriented analytical experience from a healthcare-focused valuation firm, healthcare corporate development department, or investment banking firm • Direct experience working with Ambulatory Surgery Centers preferred, but not required • Ability to perform fundamental financial modeling and analysis • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Ability to be self-motivated and action-oriented in ambiguous contexts • Ability to learn quickly and think critically • Ability to distill complex problems, anticipate issues, and evaluate solutions • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight timelines • Ability to plan, manage, and execute projects with quality and precision • Clear and concise communication skills with appropriately tailored messaging • Strong interpersonal skills for extensive collaboration with departments and acquisition targets
