📋 Description

• Ensure expenses are coded correctly in the Concur expense platform in compliance with internal policy and procedures • Guide employees on proper expense coding and classifications • Create and assist with managing event budgets for Sales stakeholders • Assist with order requests for customer swag and marketing materials through the designated portal • Verify the accuracy of commission plan calculations • Support day-to-day commission-process workflow • Research financial questions and track down answers • Partner with Sales Enablement to design training courses and host live demonstrations • Maintain and update training materials to reflect current processes and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to analyze large data sets • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Ability to travel 5% of the time • Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial data and reporting • Familiarity with expense reporting systems • Research and problem-solving skills • Comfortable leading training sessions • If selected, ability to complete a required background check • Legal authorization to work in the United States
