📋 Description

• Organize and process claims into the database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Maintain accurate records of all claims and invoices processed • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to claims and billing • Support a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing • Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement for Talkspace • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related work-experience • Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software • Proficient in Google Suite • 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting is preferred • Healthcare experience and experience with medical billing codes and terminology is preferred
