📋 Description

• Support Account Managers with the onboarding of new dealerships and Financial Directors. • Train dealers and Financial Directors on tools and products. • Plan and develop various documents and sales support tools. • Support administrative work by participating in the creation of codes and agreements. • Customize the compliance documents required for each dealer. • Participate in weekly sales meetings and other meetings as needed. • Identify and suggest ideas to improve the efficiency of Account Managers’ work and operations. • Collaborate with the IT department to coordinate, validate, and implement insurance calculation and printing features across all DMS platforms. • Support dealers during software changes. • Develop expertise in and explain insurance products, protection plans, and warranties. • Ensure promotional tools are up to date and comply with regulatory requirements. • Inform Account Managers about products and assess their knowledge through quizzes, surveys, and workshops. • Assist Account Managers in using and understanding tools and documents to maximize sales. • Answer questions related to eligibility, contracts, warranties, insurance products, services, and claims. • Conduct targeted dealer visits at management’s request. • Contribute to achieving the company’s objectives. • Perform any other occasional duties requested by the management team.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience of at least five (5) years in a related field. • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Financial Director. • Demonstrated strong interest and ability in verbal and written communication. • Functional proficiency in English (preferred). • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to organize and prioritize tasks. • Customer satisfaction oriented. • Strong ability to learn and share knowledge, with excellent adaptability. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Sway, and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of available F&I software. • Knowledge of web form creation, survey development, and programming. • Team-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Valid driver’s licence. • Availability to travel throughout the province of Quebec, as required. • Availability for occasional overnight hotel stays, as required.
