📋 Description

• Provide product and service solutions to customers in the paper and tissue industry • Lead strategic planning to expand target product market share • Drive business growth, value selling, and pricing • Provide product expertise, service sourcing/development, and parts sourcing • Analyze ANDRITZ's market position • Manage profitability and growth of the Engineered Parts and Solutions product line • Promote solutions for customer needs • Ensure efficient execution of inquiries and orders • Provide technical and commercial direction to the sales force • Develop proposals, product costing, and pricing • Manage production and purchasing decisions with focus on competitive impact and profitability • Maintain annual budget and develop strategic solutions with other product groups • Analyze market and competitor landscapes and craft market-share growth strategies • Develop marketing and promotion strategies • Contribute to research and development

🎯 Requirements

• Post-Secondary level education in paper technology, engineering, automation, technology, or similar • 3+ years technical sales, service and/or product management experience • Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred • Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings • Ability to work with minimal supervision in the field both independently and with Service Technicians • Service mindset and customer focus • Self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities • Familiarity with Office 365 products • Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous • Additional spoken languages such as French are a benefit
