📋 Description

• Write the purpose for which the job exists • Conduct Safety Audits, Safety Walks. • Implementation of TBT system & Work permit system at site. • Contractor Safety Management implementation at sites. • Implementation of Andritz Safety Guidelines & Procedures at Sites. • Review of Safety performance of sites including Near Miss, incidents and conducting analysis. • Conducting Layout based risk assessments at sites. • Preparation & Implementation of Site HSE plan, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) & Fire Safety plan. • Preparation of commissioning HSE Plan & implementation of LOTO. • Work at height assessment including preparation of Rescue plans. • Organize Safety meetings, Inspections & Audits at sites as per defined checklist. • Emergency, Accident & Incident investigation, reporting & handling. • Analysis of Incidents, Accidents & defining Root Causes and Mitigation plan. • Communication Skill

🎯 Requirements

• B. Tech (Fire & Safety) / B. Tech (Mechanical or Electrical) + PGDIS from RLI / CLI / Recognized Institute • 7-8 years of relevant experience of HSE management at construction / hydro site. • Preferable to have experience of safety implementation at Hydro Site.
