📋 Description

• Independently manage multiple assigned cases, often simultaneously • Oversee case setup and coordinate delivery of case websites, traditional media campaigns, and social media campaigns • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and timely status reports for clients and executive management • Track upcoming deadlines, delegated tasks, milestones, and project progress • Manage client relationships, communicate effectively, set expectations, and meet deadlines • Lead claimant communication and claim review processes • Coordinate with internal colleagues, vendors, and business partners to execute projects • Review litigation plans and notice and administration plans to understand each case • Coordinate processing, deduplication, normalization, optimization, and analysis of large data sets • Prepare and distribute reports • Establish and execute adjudication policies and procedures for claim payments and program placement • Identify and resolve claims-adjudication problems • Oversee preparation and budget compliance of client invoices • Protect claimant personally identifiable information and other confidential information in compliance with US standards • Maintain customer service and responsiveness to clients while representing the organization • Strengthen industry knowledge and familiarity with relevant applications • Communicate regularly with colleagues and adhere to business processes • Take on new tasks and responsibilities and perform other duties assigned by management • Follow company rules, policies, and practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of class action experience highly desirable • Project management experience required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience • Experience managing client relationships • Basic understanding of web development • Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret data • Demonstrated track record of accomplishments • Organized approach and superior attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly when priorities change • Professional image in interactions with clients, vendors, business partners, and colleagues • Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills • Highest level of confidentiality and discretion • Problem analysis and resolution at strategic and functional levels • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to travel occasionally to company locations, company-sponsored events, or client meetings • Ability to talk or hear, use hands or fingers, sit for extended periods, occasionally stand, walk, reach, and lift/move up to 20 pounds • Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus • Ability to analyze variables, select effective courses of action, handle diverse problems, manage stress, interact with customers, and prioritize workload
