📋 Description

• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects. • Track schedules, action plans and delivery statuses. • Update and monitor status reports, milestones, open issues and risks. • Consolidate and analyze performance indicators (KPIs). • Prepare dashboards and management reports. • Follow up on activities with involved areas, promoting alignment among stakeholders. • Map, document and propose process improvements. • Support the preparation and facilitation of follow-up meetings. • Prepare meeting minutes, record decisions and follow up on action plans. • Assist with budget control and monitor project costs. • Organize and keep project documentation and artifacts up to date. • Provide methodological support to teams, ensuring adherence to project practices and governance. • Identify risks, dependencies and impediments, reporting critical issues when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Information Technology or related fields. • Basic knowledge of project management. • Familiarity with PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban or Agile methodologies. • Understanding of planning, scheduling and risk management. • Experience preparing reports, presentations and monitoring KPIs. • Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Knowledge of process mapping and improvement (desirable).
