📋 Description

• Lead Antora’s efforts to identify, evaluate, acquire, and co-develop energy projects for long-duration energy storage (LDES) deployment. • Originating and structuring novel commercial agreements with renewable developers. • Build Antora’s pipeline of co-located storage projects through developer relationships, rigorous diligence, and creative deal structuring. • Develop and manage working relationships with renewable developers in target ISO/RTO markets across the US. • Negotiate complex and novel agreements to govern co-development and co-location structures. • Work with internal stakeholders to apply project scoring frameworks to prioritize opportunities based on site quality, development and interconnection status, market access, and strategic fit.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in renewable energy space, with direct experience in project acquisition, M&A, or structured development partnerships. • Demonstrated experience structuring complex, multi-agreement deals in the renewable energy space. • Track record of successfully acquiring and/or developing utility-scale renewable energy and/or storage projects in MISO, SPP, or PJM. • Experience negotiating MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, co-development agreements, and related transaction documents. • Familiarity with interconnection mechanics and regulations, especially as they relate to storage projects. • Understanding of ISO/RTO capacity markets and how storage assets can participate in and optimize capacity revenues. • Ability to manage multiple projects and counterparty relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. • Strong communication skills with ability to distill complex deal structures into clear recommendations for leadership.
