📋 Description
• Manage and cultivate existing relationships with customers • Work with our customers to understand their business processes, and translate them into functional requirements • Configure and implement our logistics solution per each client’s requirements • Gather and document 3rd party integration requirements • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and design solutions tailored to their complex business needs • Provide training and onboarding instructions to our clients • Ensure adherence to a structured software development life-cycle
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position • Experience implementing complex software solutions such as ERP or TMS • Experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain industries is a strong asset • Knowledge of how databases and web services work • University degree in engineering is an asset • Perfect communication skills in English, both written and oral
