📋 Description

• Serve as a primary Finance & Strategy business partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps • Own the top-line revenue forecast • Build and maintain the long-range plan and scenario models • Translate go-to-market strategy into a multi-year growth path • Own GTM investment economics, including LTV:CAC, payback, paid spend returns, sales capacity, quota coverage, and the bridge from spend and headcount to pipeline and ARR • Build financial cases for new segments, geographies, partnerships, and routes to market • Conduct post-mortems on go-to-market investments • Synthesize risks, opportunities, and performance updates for executive leadership through recurring business reviews • Partner with Analytics and RevOps on forecast data • Collaborate with Corporate Finance on board and investor materials, annual operating planning, and scenario modeling

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field • At least 2+ years in a finance role at a high-growth company • Strong analytical skills • Comfort building bespoke financial models • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue and go-to-market economics, including ARR build, retention and expansion, pipeline conversion, sales capacity, and CAC payback • Experience partnering directly with a sales organization on pipeline, capacity planning, quota coverage, and rep productivity • Ability to pull, validate, and defend data independently • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Bonus: Experience spanning self-serve/product-led and rep-driven sales motions • Bonus: Fluency in SQL and AI tools
