• Leading or supporting in-depth field research in low-resource settings • Crafting clear, narrative-driven strategy deliverables • Guiding clients through insights, ambiguity, and hard choices • Upholding values and ensuring impactful delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Senior behavioral specialists with analytical sharpness, strong communication, and field fluency • Experience leading or supporting field research in low-resource settings • Ability to apply behavioral frameworks to real-world problems • Manage and build trust with clients • Ability to diagnose root causes and craft strategic recommendations • Capacity to adapt quickly and lead under stress
