📋 Description

• Most of your time is spent coaching apprentices through the practical application of AI tools in their actual jobs • Managing the documentation that keeps the programme compliant and on track • Work remotely with occasional travel for events and onboarding • Own your learners' progress from day one • Thrive in a fast-evolving scale-up environment

🎯 Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) in a real business context, not just personal experimentation • Proven coaching, training or facilitation experience, virtual or in-person, formal or informal • Solid understanding of data ethics, responsible AI and information governance • The ability to translate AI adoption into practical, workplace-ready actions for non-technical learners • Confidence managing documentation, compliance and progress tracking alongside your coaching caseload • Comfort using digital learning platforms day to day • Nice to have: experience delivering apprenticeships, familiarity with prompt engineering or automation tools, understanding of Ofsted/ESFA expectations, relevant certifications (BCS AI Foundation, Microsoft AI, Google AI)
