• 7–10 years of enterprise project management experience in professional services or technical consulting environments. • Proven track record managing large-scale technical projects (750+ hours, 10–30+ contributors) with multiple integration points and dependencies. • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with enterprise-level organizations (Fortune 1000 preferred). • Expert proficiency in enterprise project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (ClickUp), with the ability to adapt approaches to project requirements. • Advanced financial management skills, including earned value management (EVM), forecasting, and variance analysis. • Experience with professional services automation (PSA) tools and resource management systems. • Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and data migration processes. • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present to C-level executives and steering committees. • Exceptional executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across senior stakeholder groups. • Excellent organizational discipline to keep projects moving forward amidst competing priorities. • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification. • Background in HubSpot ecosystem and CRM implementations. • Prior consulting firm experience managing billable projects and client reporting. • Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.).
