📋 Description
• Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff • Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously • Collaborate with internal teams from product, engineering, and leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes • Excellent communication abilities • Skilled in using relevant software tools • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field at minimum
