📋 Description

• Lead technical implementation projects and design HubSpot-related solutions for external clients • Build complex automations, data models, processes, custom developments, and integrations within HubSpot • Develop scalable, tailored solutions using HubSpot advanced features and third-party integrations • Provide actionable client advice and strategic value • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and additional HubSpot solutions aligned with client goals • Create diagrams and process maps using tools such as Lucidchart • Identify engagement needs, prioritize scope, and recommend client-aligned solutions • Serve as a primary client contact during discovery and prioritization sessions • Drive sprint cadence, plan work, and conduct weekly client sprint meetings • Present technical concepts as actionable business use cases • Lead user acceptance testing and train clients on deliverables and platform processes • Collaborate with delivery leads and consultants to execute customized solutions • Write task specifications, delegate work, conduct quality assurance, and coach team members • Conduct backlog grooming and task prioritization for Managed Services clients • Manage HubSpot features including API integrations and webhooks while maintaining data integrity and governance • Execute data migrations, property setups, and third-party app integrations • Stay current on HubSpot beta features and technological advancements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in at least one functional area, ideally Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service • 2+ years of experience in consulting or professional services environments managing multiple external clients or accounts simultaneously • Advanced technical grasp of 2+ HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data/Ops, Content/CMS) • Understanding of systems, architecture, and solving complex problems using data, technology, and process • Familiarity with APIs and webhooks • Ability to navigate budget constraints and lead clients toward appropriate solutions within a defined monthly budget • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset • Ability to translate client pain points into real solutions • Ability to navigate and prioritize ambiguous client requests while quickly building rapport • Comfort working without a defined client scope • Ability to build and manage client relationships while identifying areas for continuous improvement
