📋 Description

• Process federal Title IV financial aid disbursements accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with regulations and school requirements • Perform Return to Title IV (R2T4) and institutional refund calculations • Process student withdrawals and complete required documentation and reporting • Respond to assigned schools’ financial aid questions and provide operational guidance • Resolve day-to-day financial aid operational issues with school administrators • Audit work, identify discrepancies, and maintain complete and accurate financial aid records • Work across FAME, COD, and internal systems • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, provide coverage, and improve processes • Support smooth, consistent financial aid operations for a portfolio of assigned schools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering federal financial aid • Strong understanding of Title IV regulations, including disbursements, Return to Title IV (R2T4) calculations, and refund processing • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them accurately • Comfort working across financial aid and student information systems • Experience with FAME software, COD, NSLDS, or similar financial aid platforms highly valued • Ability to learn new technologies and navigate multiple systems simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and disciplined review, auditing, and validation practices • Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality • Clear communication and ability to explain complex information accessibly • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Self-motivated, curious, collaborative, and comfortable asking questions or seeking guidance • Ability to work primarily aligned with the Eastern Time zone • Commitment to accuracy, accountability, compliance, and professional service
