📋 Description

• Help clients with the implementation of Dayforce software • Perform project planning and analysis • Manage projects • Document configuration requirements • Implement Dayforce WFM • Configure Dayforce according to specifications • Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions • Coordinate deployment activities • Provide product training • Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog • Interface with customers to build solid relationships • Pursue opportunities within the team to widen experience • Maintain accuracy in configuration • Maintain responsiveness to teammates and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Dayforce experience • Payroll experience • Strong communication and leadership skills • Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls • Ability to work independently • Ability to collaborate as part of a team • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work remotely from home office in North America • Consulting experience a plus • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus • Solid understanding of Dayforce modules
