📋 Description

• Greet guests and provide customer service while anticipating their needs • Provide directions, travel information, available services, and points of interest • Book reservations and rentals and coordinate registration • Operate a register or software system for cash and credit card transactions • Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages • Coordinate resolution of guest concerns • Communicate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience • Assist guests with needs, provide information, and resolve or escalate concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Previous guest services experience required • Excellent customer service skills • Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Previous cash handling experience preferred • Successful completion of a criminal background check required for candidates considered for hire • Resume must be attached to the application
