📋 Description

• Deliver complete civil engineering packages including site layouts, grading and earthwork, stormwater management, drainage, utilities, access roads, and construction documentation • Build a parametric civil design engine using site constraints, topography, geotechnical data, and project requirements to generate coordinated engineering deliverables • Automate earthwork optimization, drainage calculations, utility routing, and site-layout iterations • Connect civil engineering with structural, mechanical, and electrical design so changes propagate across disciplines • Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code to build workflows and ship code

🎯 Requirements

• Understand the physics and engineering fundamentals behind grading, drainage, hydraulics, and site development • Have delivered real engineering designs that have been built, or have equivalent hands-on experience solving difficult physical engineering problems • Be comfortable challenging traditional engineering workflows and building better ones from scratch • Be able to ship code with AI tools today, even without a traditional software background • Have exceptional ownership and see problems through to completion • PE license is helpful but not required • Prior data center experience is not required • CS degree or traditional software development experience is not required • Conventional civil engineering consultancy experience is not required
