📋 Description

• Act as first point of contact for Aras customers and provide exceptional support via email, web, and phone • Troubleshoot complex customer environments and provide technical resolutions to achieve core KPIs • Participate in debugging and testing the product and collaborate with Development and Product Management to identify and resolve bugs • Develop sample customisations for customers and maintain expert-level knowledge of Aras Innovator • Document customer interactions, create knowledge base articles, and provide recommendations to improve documentation • Participate in on-call rotation shifts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and grounding in engineering principles • Ability to communicate status clearly and efficiently to customers • Strong time-management skills • Experience with C# • Experience with JavaScript • Experience with OOP concepts • Experience with Web Application development (preferred) • Experience with SQL databases (preferred) • Experience in a customer-facing role or consulting • Ability to participate in on-call rotation shifts • Expert in the Aras Innovator product • Located in the United Kingdom and authorized to work in the United Kingdom
