📋 Description

• Leads play an essential role in the delivery of client services at Argano. • As a Lead in Argano’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within Oracle, you deliver high quality solutions to address our clients’ most pressing business challenges in a way that exceeds their expectations while building long-standing partnerships. • Collaborating with colleagues from across the OCM practice and Oracle business unit in a way that enhances the client experience. • Support the development of change deliverables across complex, multi-site locations; raising risks and recommending mitigation plans. • Conduct Adoption Readiness Assessments, evaluate results, and make recommendations and execute implementable tactical activities to develop and sustain the adoption of the change. • Develop communications materials based on the strategy and tactical plans specific client transformation aspirations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering on Change Management teams. • Experience (3-5 years) in a professional services/consulting organization environment. • Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial / Systems Engineering, Business, or Management preferred. • Certified in established change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred. • Strong collaboration and team player. • Impactful and professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to be self-directed and prioritize work to develop key deliverables. • Willingness and ability to travel. • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
