📋 Description
• Support the end-to-end configuration and implementation of Xactly Incent • Customize Compensation Rules to reflect complex commission structures • Configure and manage participant hierarchies, team structures, and territory assignments • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of the system • Develop and configure Xactly Analytics dashboards and custom reports
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a software development or systems analyst role • Must be comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, understanding a data model and an object model, writing SQL queries, and writing design specifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 1-2 years of experience implementing Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics.
