📋 Description

• Perform modularization reviews and provide clear, practical feedback to improve project outcomes • Guide and support project teams in applying modularization best practices • Assist in the development of modular concepts • Facilitate modularization training sessions and workshops • Support the development and continuous improvement of modularization training programs • Contribute to the creation of online modularization training tools and content • Support modularization-focused conferences, presentations, and research efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in heavy industrial projects • Minimum 5+ years of modularization experience • Proven experience across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning through execution • Hands-on field experience in module yard and / or construction environments • Engineering degree is considered an asset, but not required • Experience in one or more disciplines such as mechanical, piping, process, electrical, or controls is preferred • Familiarity with standard design practices is an asset
