📋 Description

• Lead go-to-market recruiting strategy • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leadership • Build scalable recruiting systems • Own sourcing and talent pipeline development • Elevate candidate experience • Drive data-driven recruiting • Coach and enable hiring teams • Leverage technology and AI in recruiting • Lead and mentor recruiters • Build alignment with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leaders on hiring plans, talent profiles, and team needs • Assess current recruiting processes, funnel performance, and candidate experience • Establish metrics and reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill • Build a high-performing, data-driven recruiting engine for go-to-market talent • Scale systems, processes, and tools for recruiting speed, quality, and predictability

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of go-to-market recruiting experience • Proven ability to scale recruiting processes • Strong sourcing experience for go-to-market talent • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders • Data-driven mindset • Strong communication and judgment • Experience scaling recruiting in high-growth SaaS or data-driven companies • Experience hiring for sales, marketing, customer success, or revenue operations roles • Experience with recruiting tools and AI-assisted platforms • Experience in employer branding or talent marketing
