• Serve as the contractor's primary interface with the Government. • Manage overall contract performance and personnel. • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan. • Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables. • Lead quality assurance and quality control activities. • Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports. • Facilitate executive meetings and document decisions and action items. • Develop briefing materials, presentations, and strategic planning documents. • Support correspondence management, records management, FOIA, FACA, and content management initiatives. • Oversee Section 508 compliance activities. • Manage transition planning and knowledge transfer activities. • Ensure all deliverables meet contract requirements and quality standards. • Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Minimum 10 years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations. • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in: • o Federal Records Management • o Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements • o Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements • o Section 508 compliance requirements • o Federal technical writing requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management. • Demonstrated expertise in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements and processes. • Demonstrated expertise in Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements and processes. • Demonstrated expertise in Section 508 accessibility compliance. • Demonstrated expertise in Federal technical writing and documentation development. • Experience managing Federal projects involving correspondence management, content management, records management, or business process improvement. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk management plans, and executive-level reports and briefings. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across diverse stakeholders. • Minimum two (2) years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems.
