📋 Description

• Own end-to-end UX/UI for Archy’s comprehensive all-in-one dental platform • Blend diverse workflows and data structures into a cohesive user experience • Architect scalable design frameworks and unified design systems • Integrate AI tools into prototyping, user-data analysis, wireframing, and copy generation • Explore and champion emerging AI design technologies • Partner with dentists and practices to conduct research and gather feedback • Translate ambiguous real-world problems into concrete design solutions • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from ideation through implementation • Identify product friction points and define design strategy • Apply creative problem-solving across business, engineering, and user needs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience • Experience in fast-growing startup environments across B2C and B2B • Experience ideally within FinTech, HealthTech, or highly complex SaaS platforms • Compelling portfolio demonstrating successfully launched projects and strategic, conceptual, and high-fidelity creative thinking • Experience conducting user research, mapping complex UX logic, and executing polished UI • Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling a design system with lean, reusable components • Extensive experience using AI and data tools for prototyping, product requirements, customer research, and analysis • Advanced mastery of Figma, including UI handoff, design-system components, and advanced prototyping • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints • Deep familiarity with accessibility best practices and WCAG • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter with an ownership mindset who thrives in ambiguity • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required • Must specify the U.S. state from which they will work
