📋 Description

• Administer, analyze, and optimize US employee benefits programs • Analyze benefits data to assess utilization, cost-effectiveness, and competitiveness • Design and recommend benefits programs based on market trends, employee needs, and organizational objectives • Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws • Manage vendor invoices with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators • Administer benefits enrollment and claims processes • Coordinate leave-of-absence and workers’ compensation processes • Prepare communication materials and conduct employee briefings • Respond to employee inquiries about benefits programs and policy changes • Conduct audits and reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex benefits data and model cost scenarios • Attention to detail for accurate calculations and compliance tracking • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll and benefits administration software such as UKG, ADP, or Workday • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, HR teams, and vendors • Knowledge of benefits laws and regulations • Ability to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and management teams • Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ADA • Experience administering health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, leave programs, and wellness initiatives
