📋 Description

• Develop and coach the team; • Oversee all stages of the demand generation workflow, ensuring alignment across teams and meeting deadlines; • Monitor key metrics such as lead volume and interactions, initial meetings held, no-show rate, and appointment quality; • Analyze indicators to identify trends and design agile plans to recover performance or reduce variance; • Participate in product strategy alignments with related areas and ensure smooth information flow.

• Leadership and team management skills; • Knowledge of CRM systems and performance monitoring tools; • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; • Flexibility to adapt to new processes.
