📋 Description

• Design and develop high-impact microservices projects, ensuring security, high availability, and resilience for our customers; • Translate functional and business requirements into efficient microservices architectures and secure technical designs; • Assist the team with development best practices, design patterns, testing, and code reviews, including defining the team's processes and practices; • Promote and maintain a culture of technical documentation, ensuring platform solutions are easy for other teams to adopt; • Work in a highly collaborative and analytical environment with practices such as code reviews, pair programming, and data-driven development.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development; • Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithmic complexity, and design patterns; • Knowledge of or interest in working with Golang and Kotlin; • Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/datastore systems (MongoDB, Redis, etc.); • Experience developing APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures; • Quality-oriented mindset with hands-on experience writing automated tests (unit and integration tests); • Basic knowledge of CI/CD practices; • Use of AI to facilitate work and a proactive attitude to stay up to date.
