📋 Description

• Assemble, prepare, review, and verify all documents required for loan closings • Prepare preliminary and final settlement statements • Review and revise closing documents to meet lender requirements • Coordinate the closing process • Perform final pre-closing reviews • Serve as a liaison between lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition • Support post-closing activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Baccalaureate degree preferred • 2+ years’ experience with title or closing company preferred • Strong customer service skills required • National title closing experience preferable
