• Support dynamic learning initiatives for a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Design and develop engaging instructional content using rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia) • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and translate them into effective solutions • Manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines with precision • Deliver polished, client-ready materials that reflect high standards of quality and professionalism • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and feedback • Provide expertise in rapid development and scalable design approaches
• 3 – 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in corporate or client services settings • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables • Strong proficiency with rapid development tools and eLearning platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia) • Excellent communication and client engagement skills • Experience designing for diverse audiences and modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended) • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and feedback in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor at the stated rate (application asks if comfortable with $50/hour) • Nice to have: Experience developing content within platforms like Bigtincan LMS and using AI tools • Nice to have: Familiarity with emerging learning technologies, rapid prototyping, and scalable design approaches • Nice to have: Strategic sales enablement experience designing programs for senior sales roles and executive engagement • Nice to have: Competency framework and curriculum design experience (consulting on and building sales competency frameworks)
